Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Korean customers paying by card are charged in Korean won at the exchange rate shown at checkout. Payment is processed by PayPal or PortOne (KG Inicis); we do not store card numbers. An order is complete when the payment provider confirms it, and the license takes effect at that moment.
Delivery
Files are delivered as single-use download links on the order page and by email. Links can be reissued from the order page for 30 days after purchase, up to five times per item. After that, contact us.
Taxes
Prices include Korean VAT where it applies. Customers outside Korea are responsible for any import or digital-service taxes in their jurisdiction.
Refunds
See the refund policy. Digital goods that have been downloaded are generally not refundable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are brought before the courts of Seoul.
