Music license

What you get

When you buy a track, album or pack from HONEYDOG Shop you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to synchronize the music with your own projects: games, apps, videos, streams, podcasts, presentations and similar works. There are no per-project fees and no content-ID claims on monetized videos that include your project.

Files are delivered as WAV 16-bit / 44.1 kHz.

Standard

For individuals and teams whose annual revenue is under USD 100,000: personal projects, indie games, YouTube and streaming channels, student and non-profit work. Unlimited projects and platforms.

Pro

Everything in Standard, plus client work, paid advertising, corporate and commercial productions, and organizations above the Standard revenue threshold. One Pro license covers one organization.

Enterprise

Broadcast television, theatrical release, large-scale distribution (over 1,000,000 copies or installs) and exclusive arrangements are quoted separately. Contact honeydog@honeydog.ai.

What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, share or redistribute the audio files on their own, including in sample packs, stock libraries or as NFTs. Register the music, or a derivative of it, with any content identification system (Content ID, Audible Magic, etc.) or a performing rights organization as your own. Use the music in a way that is unlawful, defamatory or that presents HONEYDOG artists as endorsing you.

AI disclosure

The music is produced with AI music tools and curated, titled and released by HONEYDOG artists. Where a platform requires AI-generated content to be declared, you are responsible for that declaration.

Term and termination

The license is perpetual for projects released while it is in effect. It terminates automatically if you breach these terms; you then must stop using the music in new projects.
