Refund policy

Before download
If you have not downloaded any file from an order, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email honeydog@honeydog.ai with the order number.
After download
Downloaded digital goods are not refundable, except when the file is defective or materially different from its description and we cannot provide a corrected file within 7 days.
Duplicate or mistaken charges
Duplicate payments for the same order are refunded in full as soon as we confirm them.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (PayPal or card) in the original currency. Provider processing times apply.
